For dinner: meatloaf and mashed potatoes! It should be ready in a minute...I'm only slightly worried about how it will turn out. Only because I didn't exactly use a recipe...I just kind of threw a bunch of generally recognized meatloaf ingredients into a bowl and smooshed it all together. It smells good though so that's a positive sign.
The game last night was good, kinda boring at first but then it got better in the second and third periods. We had a bit of a hard time finding our seats though...we had to ask 4 people for help because they were in some weird section way at the top, where apparently the seats are first come first serve, so by the time we figured this out, the most convenient seats to get to were waaaaaaaay at the back. Last row where we were, though there were farther seats a little ways down. Twas fun though. During the first intermission however, there was a horrifying display involving a man attached to four dummies all dressed like members of the village people and he skated around and danced to a medley of their songs. I was scared. Google "the amazing christopher" I'm pretty sure you can find a video. Amy took one, and some pictures, I'm sure you'll be seeing those soon.
Update: yummy meatloaf...a little too moist? lean ground beef next time, rendered a LOT of fat during cooking which I will now drain off. Tastes good though!

There are no pictures! How do I know that you are still alive? What if this is just some crazy impostor pretending to be Clair while he sits and and slowly roasts a leg of Clair for dinner, while the rest of her lays twitching in the corner?
P.S. Meatloaf? I'm impressed. But then again, I made myself a stir fry a couple of days ago and I was impressed...But meatloaf sounds much harder!
Really? I would say a stir-fry sounds harder than making a loaf of meat, myself. But I could be crazy.
Hi Clair! Yay an update!
I got my very first iPod for my birthday. Very exciting. And new headphones! More excitedness!
But proportions don't matter in stir fry. I'm assuming that they matter more with meatloaf. I'm assuming that you can't make it three quarters breadcrumbs and one quarter meat the way you can accidently use way too much celery and way too little rice, but still have it taste ok.
